Synopsis
Healthy habits are contagious. Not only will they rub off on your loved ones but the will permeate through the generations.

Exercise – Tell 2 or 3 people you love why you want to have a healthier brain and why you want them to join you in doing this.

The reason why I continue to try and improve my brain everyday is because I’m kind of a prick when it is not well. I’m selfish, depressed irritable, negative, and no fun to be around when my brain is not working well. Since starting this program I’ve had very few days where I’ve felt any of these symptoms. Moving forward with the mental clarity I had as a teenager I would like to learn new things. I consider myself a lifelong learner and I want to get 1% better everyday. I also have a insatiable curiosity. Not having constant brain fog allows me to not just accumulate new knowledge about my many interests, but retain and recall it.
