  • I found an new basketball league to join in Concord, CA
  • I had a really good Pizza at Rocco’s
  • I spent some time lazily walking around the Walnut Creek Farmer’s Market and bought some fresh maitake and woods ear mushrooms that are good for blood pressure. I also got a tiny potted cactus to put on my desk as a symbol of resilience
