Exercise – List one or two ways where you could be firmer with yourself

Time Management
I have pretty good self discipline but one way that I could be firmer with myself is not working to many hours. Often I set a target for the maximum hours that I’m going to work in a day. More often than not I end up going past that number. I set a goal to be done working by 11 AM everyday. At first that held up but then it crept into 11:30, then 1 PM, and 2PM. I’ve got good excuses for why this happened but they are just that, excuses. In general I need to be more accountable with my time management. I let the quick buck of working today get in the way on taking time today to work on my long term visions.
Strict Bedtime
I need to get better at setting a consistent bedtime. Sleep is the foundation of both physical and mental well being. As much as I know this and preach this I consistently stay up an hour or two past me desired bedtime. Whatever I need to do to make my bedtime consistent I need to do. I’ve gotten good at a consistent wake time but what I always let happen at night is I eat too late and then start my evening routine too late. What I probably need to do is move some of my evening daily activities to the morning. For example I was doing these daily exercises at night right before bed. The good news is this is the 3rd day in a row I have done them In the morning. I need to make a rule that I get these posts done before I leave the house for the day.
