Synopsis

To get through to family sometimes the best thing you can do is lead by example. You can flap your jaw all you want but those closest to you don’t listen until they see results. Lead by example and leave a legacy of health not illness.

I need to prioritize sleep. I do my best to get in bed by a reasonable time but since I’m getting up at 3:30 AM it can be tough to get in bed early enough to get 7+ hours of sleep. My wake time should probably be pushed back my wake time so that It I don’t need to be in bed so early. It would also help me to prioritize my schedule better so that I’m not busy until the time I need to go to bed. I take on too many projects.
