My mother. I’ve tried giving her this book, I gave her a chair yoga book, a book about balance, and sent her Peter Attia videos. She doesn’t respect me and doesn’t care about her health. I’ll I hear is excuses about her age. I try to explain to her that she wouldn’t feel so old if she took care of herself. She has no respect for me.
