  2. Get enough sleep
  3. Write down specific goals and meditate on your progress daily
  4. Exercise your willpower like you would a muscle. Both get stronger with use.
  5. Balance your brain chemistry

I’m buying too many sports drinks and coffees This is pretty much my only sugar consumption and If I’d cut it out it would probably lead to increased energy within a week or two.
